	The Lodge is located within easy reach of Naboomspruit making it an ideal stay for business people, travellers to the North, International visitors as an ideal stopover to or from the International airport and holidaymakers from Gautang for weekends and holidays. The lodge benefits from both mid week and weekend trade and has developed a base of regular visitors who regard a stay at the Lodge as their first choice in the area. The Lodge is a three star-graded establishment with the Tourist Grading Council under the Self Catering category. The Lodge has been extensively marketed by the current owners who set up and established the Lodge as a viable business.
	Guesthouse: 401m² house with double garage, TV lounge, 2 offices, 2 dining area, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shower room, separate toilet, kitchen, washing up room and laundry room. There is shade cloth over the front stoop and carport for two cars. This building can be used for personal use or as a guesthouse in three of the bedrooms accommodating 6 people. The current owners use this building for their personal use as well as a reception area for guests arriving, departing and a dining area for guests for breakfast and dinner. The building is also used for catering for conferences.
	Chalets : 11 fully equiped chalets split between two buildings. Fisrtly, 7 fully equipped self catering chalets in a 481m² building providing accommodation for 24 people, three of the chalets having large covered stoops with built in braai's. Secondly 4 fully equiped self catering chalets in a 240m2 building providing accommodation for up to 18 people. These units have their own stoops with braais. Flats: A separate building of 240m2 with - 3 one bedroom units which have their own lounge, dinging area and kitchen - a separate bedroom with shower room - a two bedroom unit which has a separate kitchen, separate lounge/dining room and shower room. All units have their own stoop. The rent generates around R60,000.00 income per year. .
	The swimming pool is 8 x 4 meters and is heated via solar panels extending the swimming season. Mature gardens surround the guesthouse, the chalets and swimming pool. There are +- 40 citrus fruit trees
	Restaurant of the lodge

	Lapa: a 40m2 Lapa overlooks the veld and the swimming pool where guests can relax. The Lapa has a bar built in along with two toilets. Boma: a boma with various braai’s and a fire circle for guests to relax in the evenings.

Water There are 4 boreholes that are equipped, three around the buildings and the forth in the veld that has a moveable diesel pump. The main borehole is strong. A 4000-header tank on a stand and an 8-meter concrete dam that is used for irrigation of the gardens by a pump and sprayers. In the veld there is a large earthen dam and a small concrete dam for game. In the three Ostrich pens there are troughs. The small concrete dam and the troughs are fed and controlled by ball valves. Workshop: A workshop for storage is on the site	Part of the farm (+- 40 hectares is Nyl flood plain grazing. There are the posts for 5 camps and there are 3 camps for Ostrich. Game: +- 9 Zebra’s , 50 Impala, 1 Waterbuck, 4 Ostrich, Bushbuck, Warthog, Reedbuck, Bush pig, Duiker, Steenbok. Birds: The area is well known for its birds and in the vicinity of the Lodge 400 bird species have been identified.
