(Vr596) The Lodge is situated in the North West province. 
It is located between Mafikeng and Vryburg, approximately 3½ hours from Pretoria or Johannesburg .  
The Botswana border post at Ramatlabama, is only 85 km.

R 12 600 000 for 842 ha with main house, Lodge and game. 
The Lodge comprises of two self catering bush camps, approximately 400 meters apart, along with two private manors and sleeps 26 peopleMain house with flat.
R1 800 000 extra for cattle and goats and implements.

Excellent all year round day temperatures can be experienced.
The  Lodge is located in a non malaria region and is also easy accessible with sedan vehicles

The Lodge comprises of two fenced in, fully equipped self catering Bush camps, complimented by excellent braai facilities, firewood, cozy lapas, electricity and fully equipped kitchens. The lodge is  ideal for families, friends, reunions, team building, corporate gatherings and church groups.

NIGER-INGSAN Bush camp. Ideal camp for families and friends.
It offers three (3) privately situated en-suite log cabins, each including one (1) double and one (1) single bed.
A larger family unit including a double bed with three (3) single beds with en-suite facilities is also available.
Niger-Ingsan Bush camp (Room - Springhare)

Niger-Ingsan camp also features a swimming pool, enclosed braai/bar facilities equipped with DSTV. 
 
Both bush camps feature a communal living area, fully equipped kitchen, lapa, braai facilities, along with firewood.

Second Bush camp

Situated on the dry riverbed, offers self catering facilities for 11 persons, set in peaceful surroundings along with en-suite facilities. 
Chalets accommodate respectively five (5), four (4) and two (2) persons.

Additionally, there are two fully serviced manors, with complete privacy, located within the fenced game area.

Makoti manor

This log cabin family unit with one (1) double bed and two (2) single beds offer full privacy and a beautiful view on the dry riverbed. 
It features its own braai facility, lapa, kitchen and en-suite bathroom.
Undercover parking is available. This log cabin is also fitted with
air-conditioning.

The Niger-Ingsan camp communal pool area, including an undercover bar/braai and DSTV facility, is also available for the Makoti Manor occupants.

Oryx Manor is the top of the range self catering facility for two (2) persons, seeking secluded privacy and luxury.

Oryx Manor is further complimented by a swimming pool, wooden deck and a cozy lapa. Both gas - and wooden braai facilities are available.  

 The romantic “under the stars” bathroom, will add a new “out of Africa ” experience !!

Oryx Manor is the ideal place to become part of nature and to discover your own nature.

This one bedroom manor offers undercover parking, air-conditioning, under floor heating, radio, CD/DVD and DSTV facilities.
A fully equipped modern kitchen adds to the self catering facility. 
An en-suite master bedroom offers a king size bed, percale cotton linen and television.
Swimming pool with outlook

 

The clear sky optimizes stargazing and photography. 
Enjoying a sundowner on the 5 meter high lookout deck, especially with full moon, makes you realize that an African sunset is what it is all about!!!

Game to be encountered includes - 3 eland, 6 waterbuck, 10 gems buck, 9 kudu, 6 red hartebeest, 27 blue wildebeest, 24 impala, 8 springbok, duiker, steenbok, 3 zebra, 13 ostrich, 3 Eland, 1 giraffe, vervet monkey, caracal, brown hyena, black-backed jackal, aardvark, warthog, porcupine, springhare and ground squirrel
